Which languages?+
Nineteen: Spanish, French, German, Italian, Danish, Dutch, English, Finnish, Japanese, Korean, Latvian, Lithuanian, Mandarin Chinese, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Swedish and Turkish.
Is my voice recorded?+
No. During a voice session your audio streams live to the AI tutor and isn't stored. The text transcript is kept in your account so you can review it and make flashcards. See the privacy policy.
What do I need?+
An iPhone on iOS 26 or later, and a Google or Apple account to sign in. Yap is in a private beta right now — the App Store release is coming.
